The Missina Sales Team is small and long serving and we like it that way. We find it means that we can offer the highest level of customer service and you can have one dedicated member of staff to help you right through from sales to servicing.

As members of the FSA we work closely with a number of finance suppliers to offer a range of funding options, from personal to company and from hire purchase to contract leasing.

Aftercare, Servicing & Repairs

Here at Missina we care about our customers and their experiences with their horse transport. If you have any questions or queries about your LoRanger feel free to drop us a line or give us a call and we will do our upmost to help.

Our customers are our best advertisement and as such we do our best to make them happy and keep them on the road. We are fortunate to have been involved with the design and build process from inception and so know the LoRanger inside out so any technical questions can normally be answered in one telephone call to the Sales Team, without the need for an engineer to call you back. We are based on the Trucksmith site, where the LoRanger is built and so with the vast majority of components that go into building a LoRanger being manufactured on site we can offer most replacement parts on a 24 hour turn around.

Our dedicated repair shop undertakes repairs and refurbishments not just to the LoRanger but to all types of horseboxes, commercial vehicles and commercial vehicle bodies. We can carry out all types of insurance work; estimates can be made from digital images if required, so that when your vehicle arrives with us the repair can be undertaken immediately thus reducing vehicle down time significantly.
